My First Client Was My Son.  He Was Born With A Chronic Constipation Problem That Got Worse As He Became A Toddler.  The Doctors Didn't Know How To Fix The Problem Or What To Call It. 

 

As An Young Child, The Doctors Had Me Giving My Son Laxatives And Stool Softeners To Help Him Pass His Bowels.  Most Of The Time These Products Didn't Work Well.  Each time He Needed To Pass His Bowels And Couldn't; I Cried When He Cried.  I Knew He Was In Pain And I Felt Helpless.  

 

I Did My Research, Changed His Diet (And The Rest Of The Family' Diet As Well.)  I Started Shopping In Whole Foods Stores, Reading Food Labels, And Paying Attention To What Is In The Foods My Family Is Eating.

Over Time, My Son's Health Condition Improved.  He Began Using Medications Less And Less.  Now, As A Teen,  He Knows What Foods Are Best For Him To Eat And To Stay Away From.  He Stays Active And Enjoys His Life Without Worrying About Bowel Control.
